Our Team

Katy Little

Principal

After attending her local dance school since the age of 4, Katy went on to train at The London Studio Centre 2008-2011. Whilst in her final year Katy specialised in Modern Jazz and following this graduated with a BA (HONS) Degree in Theatre Dance. After graduating Katy successfully auditioned for ‘Matilda the Musical’ and was thrilled to be part of the Original London Cast. Whilst in Matilda Katy decided to complete her IDTA Associate examinations in order to teach and enter students for the following subjects; Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz and Theatre Craft. As well as syllabus classes Katy will hold open classes in order for pupils to enjoy the different dance disciplines without following a strict exam structure. Performing opportunities will also be offered to pupils who wish to participate in the form of shows, and if approached, competitions at a local and national level.

Alice Walster

Loughton Teacher

After attending her local dance school since the age of 3 Alice started to love dance. Beginning with exams and competitions she began to gain experience. Through her performing career she has represented the UK at the European championships, and performed for the BBC on the One Show and Eurovision. Continuing her training she began studying at the Urdang Academy and with Tap Attack (the England tap team). Further to this training and after successfully auditioning at the Royal Academy of Dance, Alice will be continuing studying there to further her teaching skills.

Payment Policy

For all new students parents can pay on the day for their child’s first 3 lessons. This 3 week trial period allows children to attend 3 lessons without parents having to pay any fees in advance.

After attending the school for 3 weeks fees will then be required in half term block payments, for example; September- October half term. Half terms tend to be between 4 and 7 weeks in length, the length of the half term reflects how much the fees are going to be for that particular term.

The full amount for the half term will be required on the first lesson of the term- the only exceptions to paying the full fees are explained below.

Another payment arrangement
If you have personally spoke to Katy and another payment arrangement has been made- this will only be considered in extreme circumstances such as an ongoing medical condition.

Scheduled Holiday/Family Occasion
If you know your child will miss a class during the term due to a scheduled holiday or family occasion (Wedding/Birthday/Anniversary) then you can deduct the fee off the term fees- for example if you have a holiday booked during the term and your daughter is going to miss 1 class then you can deduct the amount for 1 class off of the total term amount. This will only be accepted if Katy is informed at the start of the term and a small note is included when paying the fees.
